Information we collect
GlobalWay may receive contact details, school and program information, scheduling preferences, questions shared for a Navigation Call, and information needed to administer an accepted student’s participation. The website does not ask you to upload academic records, immigration documents, financial records, medical records, or identity documents.
Why we use information
Information is used to arrange and prepare for conversations, assess program fit, respond to questions, administer participation, communicate schedule or program updates, and improve the clarity of GlobalWay’s services.
Third-party services
Navigation Call links open Calendly, which may process booking details under its own privacy practices. Email, calendar, video-call, payment, or communication providers may also process limited information when those tools are used. GlobalWay shares only the information reasonably needed for the relevant service.
How we use and protect information
GlobalWay limits access to information to people and service providers who need it for program operations. Reasonable care is used when storing and sharing information, but no online service can promise absolute security. GlobalWay does not sell personal information.
How long we keep information
Information is kept only as long as reasonably needed for the purpose it was collected, to maintain necessary program and transaction records, or to address legitimate operational or legal needs. Information that is no longer needed should be deleted or de-identified where practical.
Access, correction, and deletion requests
You may ask to access, correct, or delete information you have provided. Use the existing Navigation Call booking path on this website and state that your request concerns privacy; do not include sensitive documents in the booking form. GlobalWay may need to confirm enough information to identify the relevant record before acting on a request.
